It is also shaped by access to food, time, family routines, cooking skills, local traditions, prices, available support and community environments.<\/p><p>For this reason, PANACEA project uses Living Labs to listen to the people who are directly involved in family nutrition and local food systems.<\/p><p>The aim is to co-design actions that respond to real-life needs and help families adopt Mediterranean dietary habits in a realistic and sustainable way.<\/p><p>Through this collaborative process, PANACEA will ensure that its intervention is practical, inclusive, culturally relevant and
